Del Water Gap is climbing the ladder pretty quickly. Do you think we’ll be able to keep up?
His latest album, “Chasing The Chimera,” was exciting, alluring, and mystifying. We figured this twelve-song album would be comprised of greatness, given that he titled the project “Chasing The Chimera.” When comparing Water Gap to similar artists' sound styles, the first artists that came to mind were Conan Gray and Jeremy Zucker.
Our personal favorite on the album was “Small Town Joan of Arc.” This song exceeded the others on the album exponentially, bringing this “immediate hit” quality to the single. We honestly can’t wait to hear what’s in store for Del Water Gap and are grateful for the album he’s gifted us with.
