Are we back in the midst of the beautiful alternative rock era that was the nineties?
After listening to Flycatcher’s new album, “Wrench,” it feels like they’ve taken us back in time. “Fault Line” sounded so similar to that Hinder or Daughtery sound we found comfort in twenty years ago, it’s as if this band was reading our minds as to what we need!
The collaboration of bass, drums, and overall exquisite production is triumphant. The lead singer’s vocals are raspy while still hitting those long, harmonious strides in the hook. We were absolutely captivated. “Wrench” is unlike anything we’ve heard this year!
